Roasters, now is your chance!

Put your roasting skills to the test on the Stronghold S2. With 15 competitors battling it out, each roaster will have 45 minutes to roast their coffee and showcase their skills on the machine.

The winner will earn the opportunity to represent the United States at the Global Stronghold Roasting Championship in South Korea, competing against national champions from around the world for the chance to win a Stronghold S2.

The U.S. champion’s flight to South Korea will be covered, and the trip will include an opportunity to experience Café Show Seoul and connect with the global coffee community.
