Twelve chefs will prepare their own recipes of paella and a panel of three judges (past winners of the paella competition) will select the 2026 winner of our 19th Annual Paella Cook-off and Dinner. Berryessa Gap Vineyards celebrates its Spanish heritage by hosting this annual dinner. New release Tempranillo is always on the menu as are other wines for sampling with authentic tapas including Jamon Iberico, tortilla Espanola, olives and Martinez family roasted nuts. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste and eat from all of the contestant paellas and this is best done in teams of two. Chefs begin cooking as early as 2pm and attendees are welcome to come anytime after 4pm to watch the cooks prepare their paellas. Tapas and wine tasting begins at 5:00 and dinner (paella, salad, bread, and fresh fruit) is served starting at 6pm/
