Join us at Fort Point for an unforgettable evening as we kick off our 13th Anniversary with a one night only Beer and Spirit Dinner celebrating the flavors of spring in New England. This intimate dining experience brings together our brewing, distilling, and culinary teams for a thoughtfully curated night of food and drink.

Guests will enjoy a four course menu, beginning with welcome appetizers, designed to highlight the freshness and transition of the season. Expect bright, vibrant ingredients, locally inspired flavors, and dishes that reflect the creativity and care behind our kitchen. Each course will be paired with a carefully selected beer, spirit, or cocktail that complements and elevates the plate, showcasing the depth and versatility of our beverage program.

Throughout the evening, JC and Chef Pablo Maceira will guide you through each course, sharing insights into the inspiration behind the menu, the pairing philosophy, and the craft that goes into every glass and every dish. It’s a chance to slow down, ask questions, and experience Trillium in a more personal way.

$145 per ticket includes a four course dinner plus welcome appetizers, beverage pairing, and a limited 13th Anniversary rocks glass.

EIGHT HOUR PORK BELLY - Trillium Farm Corn Polenta, Wild Mushrooms, Green Herbed Chili Crisp

Pairing: Maillard Double Barrel Aged Barley Wine

CHERRIES JUBILEE- Local Black Cherries, Wake Robin Cask Finished Rye, Vanilla Ice Cream, Pound Cake

Pairing: 2020 Double Barrel Cuvee de Tetreault
