Kampai! Understanding Sake the Japanese Way

Join us for an engaging introduction to the world of sake with Master Sake Sommelier Guilherme “William” de Macedo. In this 1.5-hour class, you'll learn how sake is made, the main styles, and how it's enjoyed in Japan. We’ll taste 5 different sakes—ranging from light and floral to rich and umami-driven—and cover basic etiquette, serving temperatures, and pairing tips.

Perfect for beginners and Sake lovers looking to expand their knowledge.

Limited seating available.

Cost: $75. Sit-down tasting. Water, sakes, education, small bites, service included.
