Local Event
Cost: $215.00
January 22, 2026
Join us for a rare look at wine evolution with a curated lineup of 1996 bottles from France, Italy, and the United States. Led by Alessandra Esteves, DipWSET, MW Candidate, this session will focus on how structure, climate, grape variety, and winemaking shape a wine’s ability to age over three decades.
We will taste and compare Champagne, Bordeaux, Rhône, Alsace, Barolo, and Napa Valley, all from the same vintage, to understand what maturity looks like in different regions and styles. This class is designed for students, collectors, and wine lovers interested in observing how tertiary notes develop and how balance changes after 30 years.
