Known for her warm, engaging teaching style, Uliana brings together wine knowledge (proven with Champagne Master degree), real-life hosting know-how, and a contagious enthusiasm that turns intimidating topics: acid, dosage, lees aging - into “ohhhh, that’s why!” moments.
