Kathleen's always been captivated by the world of wine—the vibrant colors, seductive aromas, and (let’s be honest) the undeniable charm of a perfectly poured glass. Growing up in Montreal, a city with a distinctly European flair where wine and cuisine are practically a love language, she developed a passion for exploring flavors, stories, and cultures. That curiosity eventually turned her into the friend who can’t resist “just one more sip”—and into someone who has traveled the world chasing unforgettable wines, people, and experiences.

Now based in beautiful Rhode Island with her family, she’s turned that lifelong obsession into a mission: building a community where wine culture is celebrated without pretension. Through travel, deep dives into vineyards, and plenty of tastings (purely for research purposes, of course 🍷), she uncovers the passion, history, and craftsmanship behind every bottle—because wine isn’t just a drink; it’s a story waiting to be uncorked. Her goal is to make the world of wine accessible, engaging, and a little more fun.

A DipWSET-certified professional fluent in French and English (and, more importantly, fluent in “wine speak”), she wears many hats: founder and blogger at The Happy Vine, brand specialist and influencer behind @thehappyvineks, wine journalist, judge, and a representative for the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. She also leads wine tasting events—both corporate and private—creating memorable, approachable experiences for everyone from curious beginners to seasoned collectors.

She specializes in crafting compelling narratives that bring wine brands to life through social media, blog features, and curated content. By blending expertise, global reach, and a genuine love for storytelling, she helps wineries, lifestyle brands, and food-and-beverage companies boost visibility, engagement, and sales—while keeping everything approachable and authentic.
