This is the third year for Downtown Tulare's popular and ever-growing downtown wine walk. Nearly 30 merchants join to host the walk that includes wine samples at every stop, a couple with beer, food and goodies. Shop, drink, dine and more on the streets of Downtown Tulare. $25 per person.
