We're in the middle of the 2019 harvest season! During this Inside the Winery session, Shriti will discuss fermentation of grape juice, yeast selection, and her critical role as a winemaker to convert fresh juice into a new vintage of wine. Tour guests will sample several early-stage wines from the 2019 harvest during mid-fermentation. This is a RARE, limited-time-only peek behind-the-scenes during harvest season.
Guests will also taste a flight of finished wines from a previous vintage year. Shriti will guide guests through the tasting of 2019 mid-fermentation wines and previous vintage wines. During the tasting, guests can compare sensory notes and understand the winemaker's craft and decisions involved to produce wine from grape to glass.
