Why Is My Homemade Grape Wine Cloudy

should i throw it away or just let keep fermenting. it fermented for 14days and then bottle
Answer From Expert Roger Bohmrich MW

I am not entirely clear as to your exact question. Is it about the cloudiness or the long fermentation? Is your wine in bottle now? I would need to understand these points and other facts. Of course, wine is cloudy during the winemaking process and until it settles. It may then need to be fined (clarified) using one of several agents commonly available to the home winemaker before it becomes clear. I suggest you consult a manual such as "Guidelines to Practical Winemaking" (JH Fessler) or "Home Winemaking Handbook" (WS Taylor & RP Vine).
