Lying hidden to the west of Provence, lurks an enticing and wide open expanse of winemaking known as the Languedoc. The wines here are often lumped together as if they are undistinguished, but in reality, they are full of nuance and character. Having spent a month in the St. Chinian appellation, I could wax poetic about the red and especially the white wines of the Languedoc. In this class, I will rhapsodize over some of these beautiful wines. Join me!
