One of the most important parts of our shop is the "Best Under $15" shelf. We spend more time tasting wines to fill those shelves than the rest of the store combined. If you look around grocery stores and the big box stores, you'll find plenty of low-priced wines today. In this class we'll talk a bit about why so many former value superstars are now...well, not such great values. And what makes a terrific value wine. And, especially, what are the grapes, regions and sources where your search for great values is most likely to bear fruit.
With great values on the table, we'll cover 8 great wines in this relaxed and flowing class that offers lots of opportunity for you to let us know what you think of our picks (and us to score free market research insights off you!). As always, there will be light and wine-friendly snacks to enjoy with the wines and even better than usual savings should you choose to take any home.
