Join us to judge Sacramento’s best cocktail!

We’re bringing together Sacramento’s best bartenders from Trophy Club, Sheraton, and more! Teams will go head to head in an Iron Chef style cocktail competition and YOU get to be the judge!

Bartenders will have to use Copalli Rum in this Tiki Themed event and attendees are encouraged to dress the part in the spirit of the competition.

Attendees will taste all cocktails and vote for their favorite. The winner will get a prize basket valued at ($500) and bragging rights as Trophy Club’s Top Cocktail Creator!
