Not all wines get better with age. Only a select group of wines gain the desired complexity and character resulting from years in the bottle. In this tasting we will taste 12 wines from regions such as the Loire, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Germany, Rhone, Piemonte, Tuscany, Rioja, and California. We will discuss the factors that allow them to age and develop complex aromas and flavors.
