As part of Visit Lauderdale's Dine Out, on Friday, August 30th, join Chef Jorge Montes, aka Chef Sazon, at Sistrunk Marketplace as he teaches attendees the Art of Making Mozzarella Cheese from Curds. Once the cheese has been made, attendees will have traditional accompaniments to pair with the cheese to make Caprese and Bruschetta. The evening experience also includes a welcome cocktail and welcome bites.
