Join us for an interactive dinner experience where you will get a step by step tutorial on the art of hand made pizza by Osteria's Owner & James Beard Award winning chef, Jeff Michaud
You will learn about baker's percentages, the difference in flours, mixing, proofing, and creating all of your own pizza combinations. We will hand make and cook each pizza together perfecting this beautiful art using beautiful ingredients.
Enjoy a cheese & salumi board to start, all the house wine and prosecco you can drink, and a chef-selected dessert to top off a truly unique culinary experience. Tickets are $150 plus tax & tip. There is an option to leave a tip when booking on resy.
