The team from Alea Bakery take over Arden for the night, with their friend and winemaker, Diana Schultz of Augustina Cellars.
Highlighting the abundant bounty of the PNW. This late summer tasting menu will focus on the ripeness and intensity we find in our farm driven ingredients from vegetables, to fruits and beyond. Sustainable seafood, and meat throughout the progression as well from our favorite purveyors and producers in Oregon.
Ticket price includes snacks and a multi-course tasting menu, and autogratuity of 18%. You can add wine pairings ahead of time for an adittional charge of $45. N/A options will be available day of along with select beer options.
