Celebrate the summer harvest in Hardwick Winery's timber frame barn with a locally sourced five course wine dinner featuring the culinary creations of Chef Peter Ryzewski, led by Sommelier and Wine Educator Missa Capozzo. Each course is served with a perfectly paired Hardwick Winery wine.

Course 1: Citrus Burrata Salad, paired with Giles E. Warner wine
Course 2: Seared Sea Scallop with cremini mushrooms and a lemon Beurre Blanc, paired with Prescott Pear wine
Course 3: Citrus and Cranberry stuffed Poblano Pepper, paired with Massetts Cranberry wine
Course 4: Baked Cod Casserole OR Stuffed Pork Chop, paired with Reservoir Rose'
Course 5: Lemon Posset, paired with NEW release Lavender Lookout wine
This event starts promptly at 6:00. Please feel free to arrive early and purchase a glass of wine, sangria, spritz cocktail, or wine slushee to enjoy before the dinner. This is a 21+ event.
