Join us this March for our first wine dinner of 2019! Take a journey to the vineyards and petit bistros of the South of France on Wednesday, March 20th. We will once again be joined by fine art photographer and French wine connoisseur Jean-Christian Rostagni. A long-time friend and collaborator with Giorgios Group, Jean-Christian, boasts an extensive knowledge of the wine-making process and varietals of his native country and holds years of experience hosting tours and educating travelers in the various regions of the French wine-country. Jean-Christian will lead our culinary tour through his selections and each of his 5 chosen wines will be accompanied by a dish inspired by the techniques & flavors of la cuisine française.
