Join us for our Silver Oak Wine Dinner featuring the following:
- First Course - Prosciutto Wrapped Figs Stuffed with Goat Cheese. Paired with Twomey, Sauvignon Blanc
- Second Course - Heirloom Tomatoe Soup - Gazpacho Style with Ciabatta Croutons. Paired with Twomey, Russian River, Pinot Noir.
- Third Course - Olive Oil Poached Salmon Nicoise Tartine. Paired with Silver Oak, Alexander Valley, Cabernet Sauvignon
- Fourth Course - Peppercorn-crusted Filet Mignon with Wild Mushrooms and Cogna Cream. Paired with Silver Oak, Napa, Cabernet Sauvignon
- Fifth Course - Summer Cheese Plate. Paired with Twomey, Merlot
