Covering the wines from Saint Croix Vineyards and their perfect food pairings for the holidays and cooler weather. Cheese and light snacks will be provided for the purpose of demonstrating pairings.

Jim Dale has worked in the wine industry here in the Twin Cities for the past 16 years. Currently the Director of Wholesale Operations for Saint Croix Vineyards in Stillwater, MN, has worked exclusively in Minnesota Wine for the last three and a half years. Jim recently has earned a certificate in US Wines from Cornell University and is a graduate of Augsburg University (Marketing), and has also earned a certificate in Data Analysis and Visualization from the University of Minnesota.
