It’s been a year since we were here, and we can’t wait for a new series of Vine & Dine, and Escoba’s
always delicious Mediterranean plates!
We’ve been loving our Vine & Dine Escoba online takeout paired dinner packages while we weren’t able to host any live dinners, and we’re still in the very capable hands of owners Laurel and Chef Brad O’Leary, with new dishes and some revisited favourites.
Six beautifully paired and served dishes await. Each has been specially chosen for these three superb dinners to be paired with the grapes of Veneto, in northeast Italy. We’re enjoying white pairings and learning the differences between the reds of the region -Valpolicella, Ripassa, Amarone, and Recioto!
