This refined dinner offers such refreshing courses as, for the First Course, a Potato Leek Soup with Chive Cream, Prosciutto Brittle & paired with Rombauer Chardonnay is waiting to reward you for all the work you have made thus far! As always, our regal Filet with a Boursin Cheese Crust will be the Main Course with Brussel Sprouts, Bacon, Cherries, & Spring Vegetable Risotto & paired with Rombauer Cabernet Sauvignon & is waiting for you to ravish in. Finally, for Dessert, a mouthwatering resounding Rombauer Jam Cake with Brown Sugar Icing & Vanilla Bean Chantilly Cream is awaiting to restore your taste buds!
