Appetizer: Vegetable Dipping Trio. While you are enjoying a dipping trio, Mark will explain techniques for making spreads and how to change it up depending on what is in season.
Salad: It’s summer and summer squash is amazing right off the vine. Our salad will feature summer squash, red cabbage, kale and sunflower.
Main Course: Warm red lentil, greens and farm fresh egg. You will get to meet our chicks too!
Dessert: Honeycomb tasting board with local cheese and fruit.
