Join us for a unique two-night getaway at Pull Caffe Wood Fired Coffee Roasters and Bakery. Home to the worlds oldest wood fired coffee roaster . Located in the scenic mountains just one hour from PDX and 30 minutes from Vancouver, our luxury A-frame cabin campgrounds offer an immersive, hands-on wood-fired pizza making class that promises to be unforgettable.

Weekend Highlights:

• Learn from a Master: Todd Millar, a 20-year wood-fired pizza oven professional, will guide you through creating artisan pizzas using our authentic, hand-built wood-fired brick oven. Perfect for both beginners and experts.
• Exclusive Experience: Limited to just six guests (two per cabin) for personalized attention and a unique culinary journey.
• Luxurious Accommodations: Cozy A-frame cabins designed to sleep two, featuring leather folding couches, memory foam toppers, mini-fridges stocked with complimentary beverages, and more. Additional cots available upon request. Bathroom and shower facilities fully outfitted and are in the nearby luxury Airstream lounge as well as a second bathroom shower facility in the coffee tasting room.
• Modern Airstream Lounge: A communal space with a community fire pit, full-grain leather interior, fully stocked kitchen, complimentary snacks and drinks, and bathroom/shower facilities.

Weekend Itinerary: Friday:

• 3:00 PM: Check-in and settle into one of three private creekside cabins.
• 6:00 PM: Enjoy local red wine, sparkling water, and a charcuterie buffet with meats, cheeses, and freshly grilled sourdough panini.
• Evening: Indulge in gourmet chocolate s'mores, engaging conversation, and beverages by the outdoor firedome.

Saturday:

• 9:00 AM: Freshly brewed Pull Caffe Wood Roasted coffee, hand-pulled espresso, fresh-baked croissants, yogurt, and seasonal fruit.
• 12:00 PM: Gourmet Italian sausage roast over an open fire, with rustic baguette buns and a variety of beverages.
• 3:00 PM: Hands-on pizza dough preparation and sauce creation. Preheat the brick wood-fired oven.
• 6:00 PM: Learn hand-stretching dough, assembling ingredients, and baking authentic Neapolitan pizzas. Pair with local red wines and finish with homemade espresso gelato.
• 8:00 PM: Relax under the stars with fireside snacks and beverages.

Sunday:

• 9:00 AM: Freshly brewed Pull Caffe Wood Roasted coffee, hand-pulled espresso, and authentic Liege Belgian waffles with crunchy pearl sugar crystals and fresh fruit compote.
• 11:00 am: Checkout, taking cherished memories of an extraordinary weekend.

A Scenic Culinary Destination: Located just one hour from PDX and 30 minutes from Vancouver, our working commercial wood-fired bakery and coffee roastery are nestled in the majestic mountains. • Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful.
• Children 13 and over are allowed when accompanied by an adult.
• Pets are not allowed to maintain an allergy-free environment.
• We reserve the right to ask guests to leave the premises if they are not respectful of others' privacy and property.
• A valid credit card and ID are required at check-in for damages and losses that might occur during the stay.
• Pull Caffe and the Millars are not liable for damages or injuries due to neglect and misuse of our property and facilities.
• Our cancellation and refund policy: 50% max refund if canceled at least 7 days before the event.
