We couldn't agree more! From Burgundy to the Loire Valley to Alsace, these regions all have amazing foods and culinary traditions to enjoy, especially as spring shines. Join us on a culinary tour of the various regions of France. Students will taste their way across some of the finest cheeses, charcuterie, and regionally special dishes this world-class country has to offer. Of course, the experience wouldn't be complete without sampling some of France's spectacular wines.

In this premiere level class, you will be treated to the finest cheese, regional dishes, and wines that Formaggio Kitchen has to offer. We limit this class to 14 guests so that all of the participants are comfortably seated in our retail area with undivided attention from our chef, wine buyer and expert cheesemonger. If you are a fan of spring—and who isn't in New England—you do not want to miss this lovely April event.

To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Doors will open at 7:10pm, and class will begin at 7:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
