Andiamo! Come learn the art of pasta making and wine pairing with our experts. This class will include both hands-on and tasting components!

Fresh pasta is wonderfully simple, yet sumptuously decadent. Have you been tempted to make it but put it off because it seems complicated? Time consuming? Or needs special equipment?

In reality, pasta making is straightforward! Made with only a few wholesome ingredients, many pasta shapes require no fancy tools. In this class, you will start as an active participant. During the first half hour, participants will work with fresh ingredients, learn what a proper dough feels like, and form their own dough. You will take this dough home with you at the end of class so that you can continue pasta making from home!

Next, you'll get to sit back and relax, as our chef Kerri transforms dough into beautiful pasta dishes that you will taste with glorious sauces. She will model a variety of pasta making techniques such as hand-rolled and cut and stuffed pasta.

Of course, no meal is complete without our wine selection. At this premiere event, the rare Italian wines will be flowing!

We are confident that you'll leave this premiere tier class feeling like pasta making is an accessible skill—something exciting and new you can share on a cozy night with your family or something you can do that will wow your friends at your next dinner party! Either way, all will marvel at how you’ve elevated this beloved meal to a whole new level.

This class will take place at our Cambridge location on Saturday, March 16th at 7:30PM.
