It's Paris vs. Madrid! Brebis vs. Manchego! Is is fantastique or fantstico? In this fun foodie challenge, France and Spain will be represented by cheesemongers who will do their best to win over your taste buds and your vote for their country.

Two of our cheesemongers will compete for the best bite, combining original and delicious cheeses, condiments, and beverages. You'll sample from each of their selections and then be faced with the unenviable task of picking your favorite.

This will be an event filled with tasty, tasty combat. May the best monger win!

At this premiere event, you'll be treated to the best Formaggio Kitchen has to offer in terms of food,drinks, instruction, and attention from our cheesemongers, chef, and wine buyer. You'll be seated in our retail location and enjoy the company of your fellow foodies and of our expert staff.

To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Doors will open at 7:10pm, and class will begin at 7:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please reach out to classes@formaggiocambridge.com before the day of your class if you or a member of your party has any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
