Join us for an incredible evening in our Barrel Room as guests immerse themselves in all the sights, smells, & sounds of fresh paella made on-site by Posada! Brazilian Jazz Quartet, Saravá, will be playing bossa nova and samba for guests to enjoy. Tickets to this event include a glass of wine upon arrival, Paella dinner from Posada, and live music! We will have wines by the glass and bottle for purchase.
Guests must be 21 years or older.

MIXED PAELLA | Bomba rice, onion, garlic, chicken thigh meat, Mexican chorizo, linguica, roasted poblano peppers, peas, cilantro, chicken broth
OPEN FIRE SHRIMP | Seasoned with chipotle rub and canola oil

TAMALE QUESO RAJAS | Jack cheese, pickled onions, pickled jalapeños

Seating will be in the Barrel Room at our farm tables! If there are other guests you would like to sit with, please email your requests to our Winery Event Manager, Shelby at shelby@mcgrailvineyards.com. Please confirm all guests in your party have purchased tickets for the event prior to sending seating requests!
We will be taking pre-orders at this event for To Go Paella Kits provided by Posada! Upon purchasing, guests will receive a certificate to redeem them. Just give Posada 24 hours notice and they will provide all ingredients and a paella pan for pick up at the restaurant so you can make delicious paella right at home! More info to come.
