Through a special sensory exercise and wine tasting, explore the key components of wine. Learn what we mean by acidity, body, tannin, sweetness, flavors and aromas – and see how these attributes manifest themselves in a selection of six wines. Perfect for those new to wine or with some knowledge and looking to build upon it.
Includes all materials: sensory set, wines, imported cheese / gourmet snacks, etc. Taught by David Kusz, WSET Level 4 Diploma Certified. Approximately 2.5 hours.
