For ages 18 & up
Immerse yourself in a world of mushrooms. You'll learn a little about each type and discover other ways to make the most of these unique flavors as you create these hearty, aromatic, and tasty recipes. Working with our instructors in a small team, you'll pick up tips on the best method to sauté mushrooms; discover how to make mushrooms the main course when you are planning a meatless meal; create a rich and satisfying soup; and fry mushrooms to create a fantastic, and filling, sandwich.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that complements the dishes that you have created.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
