Join us on a culinary food and wine pairing with esteemed winemaker, Sami Ghosn from Massaya Wines, whose wines are already for sale in esteemed Lebanese restaurants such as Lebanese Taverna.
Upon arrival, savor a welcome glass of rosé and experience the Lebanese tradition of breaking bread with a mezze, setting the tone for a delightful evening created by Nura Sakati Mendez, Levantine Cuisine expert, also known by the social cooking handle, Sahtain Nunu.
Explore six wines & six dishes as Chefs Andy & JM guide you through assembling the dishes infused with authentic Lebanese flavors. Assembling dishes is part demonstration cooking class and part hands-on cooking class. You will be sitting, constructing a simple dish, and tasting the wines. This is not a full hands-on cooking class.
Complementing this gastronomic journey, Sami Ghosn will engage in discussions on wine pairing and production, with the opportunity to purchase your favorite bottles to enjoy at home.
