Welcome to Little West Tavern's Nose-to-Tail Hearth Dinner with RL Valley Ranch! Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience where we celebrate the art of whole-animal cooking. Indulge in a feast prepared by our talented chefs using every part of the animal, cooked to perfection over our open hearth.
Savor the flavors of locally sourced ingredients and enjoy a unique seven-course dining experience expertly paired with four unique brews from Jackie O's Brewery.
Our Nose to Tail Hearth Dinner celebrates whole animal cooking, the connection to the animals and how they are raised, and the story of how they arrive at our table. Jackie O has a special connection to the cattle of RL Valley Ranch as they provided the discarded wheat, barley, and mash from their brewery to the cattle as an essential part of their feed.
*Seating will only be available at the hearth at Little West Tavern, with eight seats per seat, with seatings at 6:30 and 8:30 pm.
