Embark on an in-depth exploration of the amazing wines from the Langhe in Piemonte that includes the legendary Barolo and Barbaresco wine regions. This is a 5-course dinner with each course carefully designed to pair with the wines. Solare has selected 7 great Piemonte wines including two classic Barolos, a Barbaresco, and even the exotic Barolo Chinato to complement the dessert. Note that it is Italian Truffle season — and truffles are included on the menu. The team at Solare is excited to share their passion for Piemonte wines and great Italian cuisine with you.
