Your chef is certified as a Plant Based Professional and will guide you through the process of making fresh pasta dough, rolling it out, and shaping it into various pasta shapes. You'll also learn how to prepare flavorful sauces to complement your pasta creations.

You'll enjoy the fruits of your labor along with appetizers, freshly baked focaccia bread, and dessert! You will also be offered a choice of wine pairings to go along with your meal, if you would like.
