Local Event
If there’s one dish that celebrates Summer more than any other, it’s Eggplant Parm. Each participant will get to bread and fry eggplant slices and layer them with our heirloom tomato sauce and plenty of mozzarella and fresh basil before they’re off to the oven. Then, we eat and drink wine. This tasting will be led by the Co-op’s Beer, Wine, and Spirits Specialist, Sterling. This class is vegetarian and can be made gluten free with advanced notice.

This class is mask-optional for vaccinated participants or those with recent negative results (within 48 hours of the class). In order to enter the Teaching Kitchen without a mask, we will ask for proof of vaccination or recent negative test results. Unvaccinated participants without recent negative test results will be asked to wear a mask while they are not actively eating or drinking.
