Join our chefs as we create a meal that will be memorable and romantique.

In this hand-on class we will travel to a French corner bistro and make some classics that you will be able to recreate at home.

Ages 18+

Menu:

• Appetizer: Foie Gras (Pre Made) with Fig Compote
• Entree: Coquilles St. Jacques (Bay Scallops in Creamy Sauce)
• Dessert: Opera Cakea

Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar.

Your purchase includes:

• Two seats in the class
• Recipes, which will be emailed at the end of class
• Live step-by-step cooking instruction

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours

This class is hands-on and may run over/under schedule.
