Laura Walton is a baker and homesteader living in Asheville, NC. She specializes in baked goods made with local ingredients using sustainable practices. She sells pastries and other treats at area farmer’s markets, including the East Asheville and Weaverville Tailgate Markets, and teaches youth and adult baking classes at her kitchen in Arden, NC.
