Crab Cakes with lump crab, rainbow peppers, caper remoulade, and dressed greens

Grilled Pork Tomahawk with cherry compote, hazelnut crumble, charred sweet potato puree, and a brandy reduction

Dessert:

Paired with Revolution Freedom of Pursuit: Sangria
