Learn how to craft a Whitefish Peruvian Ceviche and a Classic French Dessert: Crêpe Suzette Flambée Grand Marnier

Executive Chef Camille Le Caër is formally trained French Chef, trained both in Bretagne and Paris restaurant kitchens. Camille is available for catering small parties, delighting diners with his skills at Private Dinners, and also for teaching Masterclass events.

Camille won Guys Grocery Games on the Food Network in 2020, was Runner-up on Chopped in 2023, and is one of the up-and-coming featured chefs in the new Food Network show "24 in 24" series, which debuts Sunday April 14, 2024 at 8pm.

Tickets sell for $125 per person.

What's on the program?


  • Learn how to craft a Peruvian Ceviche: composed of chunks of raw fish, marinated in freshly squeezed key lime, with sliced onions, chili peppers, salt and pepper.
  • Pair your cevishe with Smokey Mashed Sweet Potatoes and fresh avocado.
  • For dessert: Learn how to create the perfect Crêpe Suzette Flambé Grand Marnier. Is it as difficult as it looks? Not with Camille as your teacher!


Dine with us at our kitchen table, eating all the wonderful foods created by the group.


  • ALCOHOL POLICY: Patrons are invited to purchase and bring their own alcoholic beverages, if desired. Please also provide your own bottle opener and/or wine opener. Appropriate glassware provided by Chef Camille.
