Enjoy a hands on introduction to making soft cheeses from scratch. Come prepared to stretch, tug and shape your very own Mozzarella and make the best Ricotta ever. We will also discuss and sample some of the other cheeses that can be made under an hour. Class cost includes instruction, snacks, samples and a Sundial beer. A glass of wine can be substituted instead of a beer for an additional cost. Participants do not need to bring anything but their love for cheese!
