Have you ever wondered why or how winemakers decide how to create their blends? Have you ever been interested in trying your hand at your own?
Join us for this special seminar as we're joined by Bodegas Catena Zapata's own Ann Marie Sgroi! We'll kick things off with by tasting of some of Catena's Alta wines and learning about the history of one of Argentina's most acclaimed wineries before taking a deeper dive into the 5 individual components that make up Alta Malbec, each with their own microclimate, terroir and flavor characteristics. From there, you'll have the opportunity to combine these components for yourself and see how your final blend stacks up against Catena's!
Tickets include all of the above, charcuterie and cheeses to snack on and special pricing on the Catena line (including some high end bottles that are fantastic for long term aging or for giving as gifts, for those early bird holiday shoppers among us) that will only be available for class participants.
