Our new series! Our four dinners in December at Shoe & Canoe all sold out, and our four 2019 evenings at ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen sold out too, so we’ve taken the best of these concepts to offer Chef’s Table Kitchen Parties at Shoe & Canoe!
We’re watching chefs Paul Audet and Phil Andrews cook our dishes and talk us through the steps and techniques, and we’re enjoying six courses of this delicious food, with each dish carefully paired to complement the flavours.
Our March evening is on the 1st day of Spring, so we’ll be celebrating fresher food and the end of winter! And as our first evening in February was so good - some people saying it was the best event they’ve been to - we’ve added an evening in April too on Friday 24th!
