Every croissant and danish begins its life as a thick slab of butter enveloped in flaky pastry! Join Chef Tlanezi for this brand new workshop creating this technically complex, but highly rewarding project: laminated dough. On Friday evening, you will learn how to make laminated doughs, infuse flavored butter, and make fillings. On Saturday morning, you will learn how to form the dough, bake biscuits, churn butter, and poach eggs before sitting down to a delicious brunch!
