The menu below is specially crafted by American-Israeli Chef Einat Admony, known as the ultimate balaboosta (meaning "perfect housewife" in Yiddish). She is a James Beard nominated chef and owner of Balaboosta, the fine dining Middle Eastern & Israeli restaurant, and founder of beloved fast casual falafel chain, Taïm.

The Starlite Motel is a 1960’s motor lodge located at the foot of the Catskills in the Hudson Valley. A short distance from Minnewaska State Park and some of the most exciting hiking, skiing, biking and climbing around. Recently renovated with an emphasis on comfort and convenience.
