Join us at Modern Steak’s second floor dining room for one very special night when Stephane Richer De Forges from Louis Roederer Champagne will be with us to take us through his exceptional range and tell us stories of the region.
One of the last great independent and family-run Champagne houses, Louis Roederer, since inheriting the Champagne house in 1833, has mastered every stage of the wine’s creation, acquiring grand cru vineyards and nurturing them to grow his own superb grapes. He created one of the world’s most impeccable and iconic sparkling wines, Cristal, in 1876 - and we’re going to be drinking it!
Modern Steak revolutionized the steak house, serving only ranch-specific Alberta Beef. They know their farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put into producing their beef. It means that their meat is pasture-raised from animals without the use of any antibiotics or hormones and with an eye to taste and quality.
