2nd Course: Savory Rabbit Ravioli, with Ricotta and Grana Padano Cheese, Confit  Onions, Pea Pearls in a Rabbit Consume.

3rd Course: Fried Gnocchi with Venison Ragu, topped with a Sage Brown Butter sauce.

4th Course: Seared Aged Rib-Eye Steak, over a Porcini Mushroom Risotto, and topped with Truffle shavings.
