The Living Room has been one of Calgary’s favourite upscale restaurants since 2010 and it’s been nearly eight years since we were here, so we’re long overdue a Fine & Dine dinner in the intimate and comfortable setting of their private dining room!
Chef Myles Perry has cooked some outstanding meals for us at Oxbow, and now at The Living Room he’s creating a modern Spanish comfort food menu of organically raised meats and dairy, and local artisan products just for our dinner, and we’re carefully pairing it to complement the flavours of the dishes ~ so perfect as we were in Spain for our wine & culinary tour last autumn and will be back again in the spring this year!
Reservations are essential for this special evening, this is certainly one not to be missed!
