One of the highlights of the lockdown was our evening at Delta South, enjoying an outstanding Fine & Dine pairing dinner in the Atrium building, dining on our balconies, and staying overnight - all perfectly safe!
Executive Chef Mike Frayn is one of our long-time favourite Calgary chefs. He’s worked at Rouge, Notable, and The Nash, and his dishes are always superbly executed and plated.
Now we’re coming back for a summer garden party-style pairing dinner with another of Chef Frayn’s elevated menus - a one-off deliciously indulgent evening in the Atrium Central Commons with candles, music, and fresh flowers.
A sparkling reception includes action stations with charcuterie and cheese cut to order before we take our seats for a multi-course premium pairing meal with imaginative plates prepared using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients - you could even stay the night afterwards!
