Cost: $30.00 for 3-Course Menu + $15 for Wine Pairing

San Diego Restaurant Week may be officially over, but we are continuing it for another week to get everybody in! Chef and I had a blast putting together this super creative menu that we know you'll enjoy as much as the wines and beverages they're paired with. Cost is a mere $30 for a 3-course dinner and includes one choice from all three categories below. Wine pairings for all three courses are also available for $15. If you don't want to order the wine pairing, wines by the glass or bottle, cocktails and beer are also available.

Wine notes and bottle prices are at the end of this announcement if you're interested.

If you're interested in coming please make your reservation as soon as possible as some days are already starting to fill up. Reservations can be made for seatings anytime between 5:30 and 8:30. Here's the line-up:

WINE NOTES & BOTTLE PRICES
2016 Tangent Albariño ~ $15
(Edna Valley) Winemaker's Notes: Made in the traditional style of Rías Baixas Albariño, this wine is pure and vibrant, with a slight salty characteristic. Mandarin orange and tangerine peel begin in the aromatics and run clear through to the finish. The round mouthfeel is beautifully balanced by a somewhat crisp acid structure. The refreshing quality of this wine makes it an excellent aperitif, and it pairs well with most seafoods.

2017 Croix "Ruxton Sands" Rosé of Pinot Noir ~ $22
(Napa Valley) Review by Jen Dunnuck: A beautifully provencal effort, the 2017 ruxton sands rose offers a distinct minerality to go with citrus and orange arind aromatics, medium-bodied richness, and racy, boderline tart acidity. 88 pts.

2016 J Vineyards Pinot Noir ~ $17
(California) Winemaker's Notes: Aromatic notes of exotic spice, cherry preserves and black tea. The palate is plush, jammy and ripe with flavors of spicy black pepper, cola and plum. Enjoy this wine with roasted leg of lamb with a balsamic-fig reduction or cranberry-glazed roast turkey breast with creamy mushroom risotto.

2016 Cass "Vintage Ted" Red Blend ~ $42
2015 NOTES (Paso Robles) Winemaker's Notes: An original, hand crafted blend featuring select barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon (70%), Mourvèdre (25%) and Petit Verdot (5%). Vintage Ted welcomes you with intoxicating aromas of mulberry, black cherry, cigar box, and cassis liquor. Elements of pipe tobacco, wild raspberry and dusted violet play well with essence of plum compote and smoked vanilla. Savory cocoa and fresh milled coffee give way to a lasting, memorable finish. 400 cases produced.

2014 Zocker Riesling ~ $16
(Edna Valley) Winemaker's Notes: This refreshing, vibrant wine has aromas of citrus, melon, mango and peaches, along with floral notes and a nice hint of white pepper spiciness. It is rich and complex, with honey, citrus and apple flavors, framed by a nice acid structure that balances its natural sweetness.

2016 Bokisch Monastrell ~ $20
(Lodi) Winemaker's Notes: This is the first vintage of Monastrell from the Sheldon Hills Vineyard and the change is noteworthy! The terroir is Redding Gravelly Clay Loam and the Sloughhouse AVA gets warmer evenings which create a bigger, bolder Monastrell. This wine is super dark and full of earthy aromas, oiled leather and white pepper. It has gripping tannins with a full bodied texture ending with a bright acidity. Flavors of ripe fresh blackberry, Santa Rosa plum, and chocolate covered coffee beans end with hints of licorice. Pair with espresso rubbed filet mignon and wild mushroom sauce.

NV Yalumba Antique Tawny (375ml) ~ $19
(Australia) Winemaker's Notes: This outstanding old dessert wine is deep tawny in color, with an aroma featuring dried fruits, caramel and spices with elegant brandy spirit and hints of wood aged rancio. The palate is richly flavored featuring chocolate and caramel with fine spirit characters and persistent aftertaste of dried fruits and nutty nuances. The texture is sweet and smooth with roundness from the wood maturation and brandy spirit filling out the middle palate and providing the firm, drying finish.

WV & B's Mai Tai
A potent and refreshing blend of light and dark rum, fresh tropical and citrus juices and orange liqueur. Served on the rocks.

2014 Margerum "Late Harvest" Sauvignon Blanc ~ $24
(Santa Barbara County) Winemaker's Notes: Nose of juicy fruit, honey and ripe melon. Pleasantly sweet yet not cloying attack of more ripe fruit nicely balanced with rich Meyer lemon acidity in the evolution and long finish. Will age gracefully through 2020 developing nectar-like aromatics and becoming richer and even more honeyed. A well balanced dessert wine that pairs well with fruit salad, custardy desserts like crème brûlée, or salty cheeses.
